Alex Meraz

Birth name is Alejandro Meraz but goes by Alex. (Obviously) Born 10 January 1985 in Mesa, Arizona. He is 5'11 (which might actually be accurate...or close. At shortest he's about 5'10). He's married to Kim and has an 8 month old son (or it said 18 month where I last read, I can't remember lol

)

Attended the New School for the Arts, and is an avid painter and illustrator.

Was nominated for a Dora Mavor Award.

Alex is a Native American Indian or First Nation descendant of the Purepecha (Tarasco) Nation. Purhepecha are indigenous people centered in the northwestern region of the Mexican state Michoacán.

Has a child named Somak. His mentor, Raoul Trujillo, is the god-parent.

OK so that's an obvious statement that need not be said, but I had to Rolling

And he's funny as heck too! When he and Chaske were talking about Alex making that brilliant move of putting his hand on Kristen's neck, we were just all laughing off our seats. He started off by saying, "So... after not sleeping for a week (pause) I had this GENIUS idea, which could only come from not sleeping for a week." Rolling

I knew at that moment that Alex was very witty and very funny! Kim is one lucky woman!!!

Now how funny wouold it be if Alex had been cast as Jared instead and his real-life "mate" is also Kim? lol

Alex, to me...is not so hot. I find Chaske, Kiowa and Bronson MUCH more attractive than he. Sure, he's got a great body Rolling

But he really doesn't do much for me. His personality is great and surely was funny. That story about Kristen truly was funny lol

And he's a super nice guy...when fans asked for hugs at the Ball he hugged all of them and kissed most of them on the cheek (me included) which was super sweet of him.

Oh I was definitely more attracted to Chaske lol

I really thought I'd swoon over Alex, but when I met the both of them, I was pulled towards Chaske like I imprinted on him or something! It was so much so that I felt bad that I practically ignored Alex when I was taking a pic with the both of them... (sorry Alex!!! I love you too!!) lol

Yeah...exactly. Going into the convention I thought Alex was the best looking...coming out of it I thought he was the least attractive of the three lol

But he's still hot and such a sweetheart lol
